These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, forms, interview-request pages, communications, and services operated by INC Strategic (“INC Strategic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our websites or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. Your agreement to these general Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive text messages. SMS consent is requested separately and is optional.
1. ABOUT INC STRATEGIC
INC Strategic is a media, publishing, and strategic marketing company. Our activities include professional spotlight interviews, editorial features, scheduling communications, and publication-related services. INC Strategic operates media and publishing initiatives that include Fitness Living Magazine.
2. SPOTLIGHT-INTERVIEW REQUESTS
Submitting a spotlight-interview request does not guarantee selection, publication, editorial coverage, or any particular publication date.
INC Strategic may review submitted information to determine suitability, availability, and editorial relevance. We may contact applicants regarding interview scheduling, preparation, article review, publication updates, or related matters when legally permitted and consistent with the communication preferences provided.
Participation in a complimentary spotlight interview does not require the purchase of any product or service.
3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate and current information when submitting a form, scheduling an interview, or communicating with INC Strategic.
You represent that you are authorized to provide the submitted business and contact information and that the telephone number provided belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.
4. INC STRATEGIC SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM
Program Name: INC Strategic Messaging Program
INC Strategic offers separate marketing and non-marketing text-message programs.
Non-marketing messages may include:
• Spotlight-interview scheduling
• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Rescheduling assistance
• Requested interview information
• Interview-preparation information
• Article-review communications
• Publication-related updates
Marketing messages may include:
• Special offers
• Promotional announcements
• Publication opportunities
• Information about related INC Strategic services
You will receive only the categories of text messages for which you have provided the applicable consent.
5. OPTIONAL SMS CONSENT
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Selecting one SMS checkbox does not automatically enroll you in the other SMS category. You may select marketing messages, non-marketing messages, both, or neither.
Consent applies only to communications from INC Strategic at the mobile number provided. Consent is not transferable to another person.
6. MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND CHARGES
Message frequency varies depending on your requests, interview status, appointment activity, communication preferences, and the SMS categories you selected.
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you by INC Strategic and messages that you send to INC Strategic. Contact your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.
7. OPTING OUT
You may cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the number from which you received the message.
After you send STOP, INC Strategic will send a confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from the applicable messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.
To rejoin after opting out, submit a new opt-in through our form or otherwise provide valid consent again.

9. CARRIER DISCLAIMER
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission and processing of your wireless provider and other network operators.
10. SUPPORTED DEVICES AND CARRIERS
Our text-message program is intended for mobile devices and participating United States wireless carriers. Availability and delivery may vary by carrier, device, location, and service plan.
11. PRIVACY
Information collected through the SMS program is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Mobile information will not be provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use. SMS opt-in records and consent will be used only to operate and support the messaging services authorized by the user.

12. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
If you voluntarily provide an email address, INC Strategic may use it to respond to requests and provide interview, appointment, editorial, or publication-related information.
Where applicable, promotional emails will include an unsubscribe option.
13. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
• Submit false, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized information
• Interfere with the operation or security of our websites
• Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to systems or information
• Use our websites or services for fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Copy or misuse website content, branding, interviews, articles, or other materials in violation of applicable rights
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, designs, text, graphics, and materials created by INC Strategic are owned by or licensed to INC Strategic and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Interview participation does not automatically transfer ownership of INC Strategic’s editorial, production, design, or publication materials.
Any specific ownership, approval, licensing, or publication arrangements communicated separately for an interview or editorial feature will govern those particular materials.
15. EXTERNAL SERVICES AND LINKS
Our websites may contain links to external websites or use external scheduling, hosting, communications, or technology services. INC Strategic does not control the availability, security, content, or practices of external services.
16. DISCLAIMER
Our websites and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, INC Strategic makes no guarantee that a website, form, communication service, interview opportunity, or publication schedule will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, INC Strategic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our websites, forms, communications, or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
INC Strategic may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date.
Material changes to the SMS program will not replace or expand the communication consent previously provided without any additional consent required by applicable law.
19. TERMINATION
INC Strategic may restrict or discontinue access to a website, form, communication channel, or service when reasonably necessary to protect our systems, users, rights, or legal obligations.
You may discontinue using our websites or services at any time. SMS participants may opt out by replying STOP.
20. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by applicable federal and state laws of the United States. Any provision found unenforceable will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
